Hoogenboom valves are developed in 3D, built with the latest insights, improved materials, laser cutting techniques, and parts that meet the current requirements. The team consists of skilled professionals who know what they are doing and are passionate about your product.

Hoogenboom Valves provides dampers and valves that do not wear down. Many of our valves installed 36 years ago are still in use under the most exigent and extreme conditions.

BUTTERFLY DAMPER VALVES

Round valves with a housing made of aluminum, steel, stainless steel, or PVC are available with a single or multiple blades. We offer both wafer-type and flanged-type valves, with the flange type and size depending on customer requirements. Our valves can be developed in sizes up to 3000mm and in various temperature ranges. They are commonly used in applications for cleaning exhaust gases, heat recovery, energy management, and processing both hot and cold air.

Wafertype standard valve for temperatures up to 250 degrees Celcius.
Wafertype standard valve for temperatures up to 500 degrees Celcius.
Wafertype valve. Suitable for heavy duty industrial applications. Available with dimensions from 100NW to 1000NW, other dimensions on request.
Flangetype valve. For various applications and temperature ranges

BYPASS DAMPER VALVES

Bypass or 3 WAY damper valve for diverting gas flow/exhaust gas to i.e. heat exchanger or stack. Available in steel, stainless steel and/or heat resistant materials. Flange type and size depending on customer needs. We develop valves in different sizes and various temperature ranges. Our valves can be found in applications for combustion gases, hot air industrial ventilation and cold air.

BYPASS or 3-WAY valve. Heavy duty. Designed to divert gasflow/exhaustgas to i.e. heat exchanger or stack. For various temperature ranges and demanding environments..
BYPASS or 3-WAY STANDARD valve. Designed to divert gasflow/exhaustgas to i.e. heat exchanger or stack. For temperatures up to 500 degrees Celcius.

BLOCKING AIR DAMPER VALVES

Blocking air valve for 100% shut off by creating a fresh air lock between the 2 valve blades. Applications in , steel, stainless steel and/or heat resistant materials. Flange type and size depending on customer needs. We develop valves in different sizes and various temperature ranges. Our valves can be found in applications for combustion gases, hot air industrial ventilation and cold air.

Heavy duty blocking air damper valve. Designed for 100% shut off under extreme circumstances. For various temperature ranges and demanding environments.
Standard blocking air damper valve for temperatures up to 500 degrees Celcius. Designed for 100% shut off.
Compact blocking air valves for temperatures up to 500 °C. Designed for 100% shut off.

LOUVRE DAMPER VALVES

Various sizes and shapes are possible depending on the customer needs. We supply valves with temperatures up to 1100 degrees centigrade. Using our high-end 3D drawing software we can build any valve for your specific needs or applications. We build high quality valves at competitive prices.

Louvre valve. Designed to regulate air to a burner system. For various sizes and temperature ranges.  
Louvre damper valve. Suitable for heavy industrial applications. For various sizes, temperature ranges and demanding environments.
Louvre damper valve. A lighter version of our louvre valves. Suitable for non-extreme situations in various sizes.

BACKFLOW VALVES

Round valves with housing made of aluminium, steel and stainless steel. Flange type and size depend on customer requirements. We develop valves with sizes up to 3000 mm and in different temperature ranges. Check valves work by means of a pressure differential. If the inlet pressure rises above the minimum opening pressure threshold, the valve opens and the flow is let through. If the inlet pressure falls below the minimum opening pressure again, the valve closes automatically. Similarly, if the back pressure is too high, causing the pressure differential to fall below the minimum opening pressure, the valve closes. Backflow valves are mainly used in applications where backflow causes problems. This valve is a cheap and effective solution to this problem.

SPECIALS / CUSTOM PRODUCTS

In addition to our range of standard valves, we also supply customised valves and valves for exceptional cases. With our knowledge and experience we are always able to respond the needs and requirements of our customers. Our valves are largely used in applications for flue gas installations and industrial ventilation systems, as well as for large ships and marine scrubber systems. Special or extreme sizes, we have a solution for every problem.

MARITIME, SCRUBBER & SCR FLUE GAS VALVES

Valves with a housing made of steel, stainless steel and materials suitable for extreme temperatures. Flange type and size depending on your requirements. We develop valves in different sizes and in different temperature ranges. Our valves are used in marine application to reduce harmful exhaust gases. We developed a variety of special valves for scrubber installations (SOx) as well as for Selective Catalytic Reduction installations (NOx)
