CV3000 Series

Characterised Insert Ball Valve The Cv3000 is a V-type control valve for precise control allowing high pressure drop capability with straight through flow and bubble-tight shut-off. Materials of construction for the valve or insert include Hastelloy B, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C, Bronze, Monel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and other special materials such as Duplex, 254 SMO and Titanium. A variety of seat materials are available including PTFE, Carbon or Stainless filled PTFE, Delrin or Peek.

Three Piece Ball Valve The 8700 Series represents the leading technology in three piece ball valves. This versatile 1000 WOG rated valve is standard with ISO5211 mounting with an integral locking lever. Available in sizes 1/2″ through 2″, full port with a self pressure relieving design by means of a pressure balance port in the ball slot to equalize ball cavity pressure in the closed position.

Fire Safe, 2 Piece Ball Valve The 3000 Series soft seat valve is engineered for high pressure applications and has built-in versatility, offering a variety of seat/seals, body materials and end connections. It is ideal for applications with pressures up to 4000 psi (275 bar) and temperatures to 600°F (315°C). Available with integral extended ends with “heat sink” construction allowing in-place welding without damage to seats and seals.

5801F Series

The 5801F Series full port valve is API 607 certified fire safe ball valve. It has specially designed seats that provide tight shutoff and low torque. Standard features include dependable, fully contained double body seals, anti-static devices and blow-out proof stems. The full port valves have a full diameter, straight, construction-free flow path, giving about the same flow capacity as a similar sized piece of pipe. Full port valves are used when flow capacity / pressure drop is the most important consideration, or when frequent cleaning with a flush or pig is required.

Food & Beverage Series

The Food & Beverage steam valve series ball valves are special versions of the Marwin 2000F and 4700F series, intended for 150 psi or lower pressure steam service in plants requiring use of FDA or equivalent “food grade” engineered plastics or elastomers throughout the plant, regardless of service. Stainless steel valves are “prepared for food service”, and carbon steel valves are “prepared for oil free service”, which means special cleaning and lubrication (USDA H-1 incidental contact lubricant for SS valves and Krytox for CS valves).

MS11000 Series

The MS11000 is a robust design to meet higher pressure and temperature applications with metal ball and seal internal trim. The trim is coated with Chrome Carbide using High Velocity Oxygen Fueled (HVOF) process.
