Sanitary Valves

Our valves are used throughout the food & beverage industry in a wide variety of manufacturing areas for such applications as protecting steam and utility systems, and accurate flow control for a wide variety of gases, liquids and slurries.

3A and FDA approved, Self-draining, CIP/SIP, no guiding surfaces in the fluid The FB5C Series is available with a hard seat and a variety of diaphragm and o-ring materials, making the valve well-suited for virtually any sterile back pressure application.
3A and FDA approved, EPDM or Jorlon Diaphragm, Sanitary Pressure Regulator The FB6C Series sanitary pressure regulator is designed to regulate pressure in systems requiring the maintenance of sanitary conditions.
Constant Pressure Modulating Valve for Hygienic Processing The FB5CPM (inlet) and FB6CPM (outlet) are air loaded sanitary constant pressure modulating valves, designed to allow the user to change set-points remotely via a cabinet or panel mounted air regulator, or through a distributed control system or PLC, using an I-P transducer.
O-Ring Style Stem Seal, Sanitary Process Control Valves The FBCV O-Ring Series is designed to meet the rigid specifications for sanitary process control valves for customers who prefer an O-ring style stem seal. This valve series is suitable for a wide variety of applications in the cosmetic, dairy and food and beverage industries. Conforming to 3A guidelines, the FBCV is ideally suited for a wide range of flowing media in both the utility and process areas of sanitary systems.
ASME Section VIII compliant, Created and Designed in US The SSRV Sanitary Safety Relief Valve is designed to relieve over-pressure upset in hygienic and aseptic process and clean steam utility systems. The SSRV is designed to be manually set to open at a predetermined pressure to protect pressure vessels and other equipment from being subjected to pressures that exceed their design limits.
Used for pressure control or automated flow control operations The FD Series valves are designed for use in sanitary industries such as food & beverage. The unique dome loaded multi-orifice design delivers instantaneous response, frictionless operation, and precision control across a very wide range of flow rates, 100 times industry norms. Its simple design has only one moving part making it easy to maintain and its compact design simplifies process layout. the FD Series valves are dome loaded using a 1:1 set point pressure with inert gas or air controlled with a manual or electronic pressure regulator. The FD valve with an electronic pilot set point regulator is a perfect match for computer automated control in food & beverage processing. This is an Equilibar product.
Horizontal line, Low to High Flow, Springless, Crevice-Free and Vertical Line Up-Flow, Low to High Flow, Springless, Crevice-Free The SVC/SHC Series is a sanitary check valve which is needed when it is necessary to prevent the product from flowing in the wrong direction. The valve is kept open by the process flow in the correct direction. if the flow stops, the plug is forced against its seat by the spring and closes against reversal of the flow. the valve is ideal for CIP/SIP, sanitary pump skids, batch processing, mixing and backflow prevention.
High flow, <3°F (2°C) subcool operation The BTCS Series is a two piece, tri-clamp body, balanced port, high flow thermostatic sanitary steam trap with vertical or horizontal inlet and/or outlet connections for pure steam SIP and loop drainage applications in hygienic food & beverage and consumer health and beauty industry applications.
Inline sight glasses, tri-clamp Inline tri-clamp, double window sight glass for media and purified water applications for the food & beverage and consumer health and beauty industries. Suitable for CIP and SIP, the SG Series has a large viewing area, full bore flow path and a metal stop that provides ideal o-ring compression and prevents pipe torque from affecting glass.
Sight Glass Windows, Tri-Clamp Tri-clamp sight glass windows for media vessel and large line viewing applications in the food & beverage and consumer health and beauty industries. Suitable for CIP and SIP, compact design, exceptional strength and hygienic design.

Utility Valves

Our utility valves don’t come into direct contact with food, but rather handle the supply of steam, water and other non-food resources that are necessary to the preparation, packaging or transportation of food and beverages.

Self-Operated, Jordan Diaphragm The Mark 60 Series handles a broad range of applications including steam, water, oil, gas and chemicals. It is a self-operating pressure regulator used to regulate the downstream pressure to a predetermined setpoint. The sliding gate seats offer excellent control and extreme longevity in a compact, lightweight design.
Globe, High Capacity, Accurate The Mark 68G offers high capacity, accurate regulation and easy servicing, making it the ideal choice for your industrial grade pressure reducing applications. The MK68G can be supplied with a hard seat for ANSI Class IV shutoff or a soft seat for ANSI Class VI shutoff. Easily removable bottom cap allows quick access for replacing seat and plug.
Gas, Low Pressure, Internal Sensing The Mark 608IS gas pressure regulator is the ideal valve for low pressure gas regulation. The self-contained low pressure gas regulator is for use on tank blanketing, gas meter inlet pressure regulating, gas burners and other low pressure air and gas applications. The valve can be installed in any position and can be easily repositioned in-line. Consult factory for larger offerings.
Wafer Style, Motor Operated, Very Precise The Mark 75 is a lightweight, compact wafer-style body that weights 10 times less than a traditional valve. We manufacture the valves using less steel and other raw materials. The shipping size, weight, packaging waste and costs decrease dramatically. The Mark 75 uses fewer fossil fuels not only when it is built and shipped, but also less power in its day-to-day operations and fewer resources when it needs maintenance.
Piston Operated with Smart Positioner The Mark 75PTP is a Mark 75 wafer style control valve with an 80mm stainless steel piston actuator. The Gemu cPOS smart positioner is standard and required for control applications. For on/off service, the valve may be supplied without a positioner. The JVCV should be used for sizing selection. The “T” slot design connection allows for quick and easy reversing of function – from reverse acting to direct acting (or vice versa).
Globe Style, Accurate Performance The Mark 78 Series is designed for accurate performance and simplified maintenance. This versatile product can be used on a variety of applications including viscous/corrosive liquids, process gases or steam in process or utility service. The top entry cage design allows maintenance while the valve is in the line. Characterized flow options including linear, equal percentage, quick opening or an equal-linear combination.
Precision Control, Fractional Flow Control Valve The Mark 708 Series provides accurate control on fractional flow applications. It is a complete line of pneumatic and electrically actuated control valves designed to enhance performance to ensure precision control on your most critical micro flow applications. The valve is ideal on pilot plant installations, test standards, R & D facilities, processing plants and specialized processing plants (dosing, injection and venting).
High Pressure / Low Flow Pressure Regulating Valves The JR Series line of high pressure regulators have the ability to handle very high pressures and very low flows. USDA and FDA approved soft goods available upon request. The series is ideal for research and sampling systems along with general, corrosive and specialty gas and liquid services (non-cavitating).
Very High Pressure / Low Flow Pressure Regulator The JRH Series of high pressure regulators have the ability to handle high pressures as well as low flows. USDA and FDA approved soft goods available upon request. It is ideal for research and sampling systems along with general, corrosive and specialty gas and liquid services.
Piston Operated Pressure Regulating Valve The JRPH & JRPL Series are piston operated, balanced trim pressure regulators with high Cv’s (Kv’s) and KEL-F soft seat for ANSI Class VI shutoff. There are three set ranges for each model. Elastomer seals are used throughout with Buna-N, EPDM and Viton being standard options, along with matching back up seals. USDA and FDA approved soft goods available upon request. Ideal for a variety of gases, water, acids and oil applications.
